Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC:  We ship most orders within 3-7 business days (from the time you order).  Once shipped, you should receive your order within 10 business days.  Our charge for standard shipping is $6.00 USD , and you will receive an email with tracking information after your order is shipped.  Please contact info@bilt-official.com with any questions!

INTERNATIONAL: We ship most orders within 3-7 business days (from the time you order).  Once shipped, you should receive your order within 15 business days.  Our charge for standard shipping is $15.00 USD , and you will receive an email with tracking information after your order is shipped.  Please contact info@bilt-official.com with any questions!

 

*Please note that we do not ship on Weekends or Holidays, and we cannot be held liable for delays in shipping due to weather (or other reasons out of our control).  If you are not home, your package will be delivered and left at your door. BILT is not responsible for your package after it has been delivered. Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be paid by BILT.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please start by contacting info@bilt-official.com .  Include a valid reason for the return, and a picture of the clothing unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached.

 

WEBSITE PURCHASES: Exchanges are FREE for domestic customers if they provide a valid reason and photo of the clothing in their email.  The customer could then exchange for the same product in a different size or color… or a new product of the same value on our website. The same rules apply for returns, however the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. For international customers, please just email us for next steps!

IN PERSON PURCHASES: We do not provide any returns or exchange for items purchased at local stores, gyms, expos, or other special events. For clothing purchased in person at an expo or special event…

 

*Please note that all items must have original tags attached.  Unworn (other than trying something on), and unwashed as well.  Returns and exchanges are only allowed within the first 30 days of an item being purchased.  Also, BILT does not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased on sale or using a discount / promo code.  Purchases made with a Gift Card cannot be refunded, however you may be eligible for an exchange if you contact us. We maintain the right to refuse a return or exchange based on the pictures sent in the original return email. Additional limitations may apply to this policy as well.
